Own development of reasoning-driven agents, multi-agent orchestration, outcome-based workflows, and stateful dialog/memory systems at enterprise scale.
Establish engineering standards, drive cloud-native microservices migration, optimize LLM performance, and mentor senior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
12–18 years of software engineering and machine learning systems development experience with enterprise backend architecture.
Proficiency in Java and Python and experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and workflow engines (e.g., Temporal).
Advanced knowledge of distributed systems including event-driven architectures, microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS, and databases (PostgreSQL, Vector DBs).
Work Experience Required: 12–18 years
