Product Engineer III

Own a specific ERP domain end-to-end, including customer discovery, roadmap definition, user experience, product build, launch, and adoption outcomes.

Directly responsible individual (DRI) for business outcomes, adoption metrics, and revenue tied to the owned domain within financial, budgeting, reporting, or procurement functions.

Engage in field time with customers during implementations, focus on product decisions needing judgment, and coordinate with adjacent product domains without escalation.

Work Experience Required: Demonstrated product ownership in complex, compliance-bound B2B domains such as financial software, ERP, or accounting with tangible shipped customer-used products.

Capability in customer discovery and synthesis, having run discovery and iterated roadmap/design based on findings with concrete examples.

Strong written communication skills sufficient for clear articulation of product decisions across multiple stakeholders.

Willingness and aptitude to use AI-native engineering tooling for product build and iteration; coding experience not mandatory but a career accelerator.

Experienced product individual contributor (product management, product design, or adjacent role) comfortable owning decisions under ambiguity without reliance on PM-designer-engineer trios.

Deep domain expertise or affinity for government finance, public sector accounting, or regulated enterprise financial workflows with high-stakes impact for errors.

Strategic operator who prioritizes ruthlessly, synthesizes multifaceted discovery inputs, and holds end-to-end responsibility for product success and quality outcomes.
