Own the end-to-end delivery of healthcare interface solutions for ambulatory clients, including design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
Manage and prioritize multiple interface implementation projects to ensure quality standards, timelines, and dependencies are met.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across HL7 messaging, interface engines, VPN, SSH, SFTP, XML, coordinating with clients, vendors, and US teams to provide seamless integration solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Science, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline.
4+ years of experience in technical support, operations, IT, and/or US healthcare industry.
At least 1 year of project management experience involving technical projects with cross-functional dependencies.
Role is based in Chennai, India; requires working during US business hours (5:30 p.m.–2:30 a.m. IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with healthcare data exchange technologies such as HL7 standards, interface engines, and secure networking protocols (VPN, SSH, SFTP).
Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams, particularly between India and the US, managing multiple stakeholders and complex implementations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive issues to resolution within healthcare technical environments.
