About This Role
- Manage financial operations of the Shared Service Center including timely accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for multiple legal entities in India.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 25 accounting professionals across various finance functions.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, process standardization, and stakeholder management to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
- 20+ years progressive accounting experience with significant Shared Service Center and multinational exposure.
- Minimum 5 years people management experience leading medium to large finance teams in a multi-entity environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing large, diverse accounting teams within a Shared Service Center environment.
- Strong expertise in IFRS, finance transformation, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and compliance.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements, change management, and stakeholder engagement in complex multinational settings.
