Analyze and attribute investment portfolio performance including factors like security selection, asset allocation, and currency impact.
Reconcile and validate portfolio and benchmark performance data; investigate and resolve discrepancies at transaction, position, and pricing levels.
Collaborate with Global Performance Measurement, Risk, Operations, and IT teams to resolve data issues, develop analytical reports, and maintain best practice workflows.
Minimum Requirements
Post Graduate degree, preferably MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.
6-8 years of post-graduation experience in the financial industry, with experience in Performance Measurement preferred.
Strong knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivative instruments; understanding of investment management, portfolio management, and financial markets.
Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to POINT, Yield Book, or Factset is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in detailed portfolio performance analysis and reconciliation within a complex financial services environment.
Able to independently troubleshoot and escalate performance calculation and data issues while collaborating across multiple departments.
Comfortable working flexible hours to support global teams and handle high-pressure periods such as quarter-end.
