Minimum Requirements
Active Workday US/UK/Canada Payroll Certification is mandatory.
Substantial experience with 2 or more full cycle Workday Payroll implementations in US/UK/Canada regions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday implementations or related workstream.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex business scenarios in Workday Payroll across US/UK/Canada regions with strong domain expertise in payroll framework, taxes, and compliance.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively with teams to drive client satisfaction and successful delivery.
Skilled at translating client requirements into effective Workday Payroll configurations and able to manage change via release updates.
