Manage technical workstreams for HCM or Financials integrations, ensuring project execution and delivery.

Train and develop staff in project management and technical skills, while managing multiple integration projects.

Minimum 4 years of consulting experience.

Lead integration and people leadership roles in at least 3 HCM or Financials implementations covering two or more phases.

Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or equivalent work experience.

HCM/Financials integration lead experience is mandatory; willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Experienced in current Workday Integration and Studio certifications with 5+ years in integration scope, requirements, and process improvements.

Strong knowledge of integration technologies including Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Cloud Connect.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and lead both technical and project management development.
