Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of healthcare industry experience with hands-on implementation of healthcare solutions.
Mandatory experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or broader Healthcare domain expertise.
Proficiency with Salesforce platform at admin level minimum and ability to lead complex IT lifecycle projects (design to production).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field; relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting and delivering enterprise CRM solutions within healthcare using Salesforce Industry Cloud and Vlocity product.
Capable of managing stakeholder relationships to translate business strategy into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions adhering to AI-first delivery methodologies.
Skilled in working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on accelerating implementation while balancing technical feasibility and long-term impacts.
