Lead engagement with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for healthcare-related data and processes.
Translate business processes into functional specifications and define data mappings and transformation logic for analytics and reporting.
Support development of dashboards and reports (Power BI or Tableau) aligned to business KPIs using large US Healthcare datasets (claims, eligibility, provider).
Minimum Requirements
6–10 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
Strong exposure to US Healthcare domain including claims, membership, provider, enrollment, and benefits data.
Hands-on expertise in SQL for data querying, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Education: BE/BTech or MBA. Certification in Business Analysis preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships and translating complex healthcare business needs into technical specifications.
Proficient in handling large healthcare datasets specifically within the US healthcare domain operating environment.
Capable of bridging business and technology with strong business analysis and data skills to drive operational insights and reporting solutions.
