Consultant -Enablement, PSS

Drive adoption and sustained use of new processes, tools, and technologies across Platform Services & Support (PSS).

Develop and execute enablement, engagement, communication, and adoption plans aligned with business priorities.

Lead stakeholder engagement and manage change impacts to improve operational outcomes and ensure readiness during implementations.

Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational change, communications, learning and development, operations, or related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of relevant functional experience including at least 5 years in enablement, change management, business transformation, training, engagement, or process improvement.

Proven experience developing and implementing enablement, communication, training, or adoption strategies.

Ability to travel as required.

Experienced consultant capable of working independently to assess needs, analyze adoption challenges, and develop practical enablement solutions.

Strong background in organizational change management and process improvement within global or multi-location operations.

Skilled in stakeholder engagement across multiple organizational levels and delivering training both virtually and in-person.
