Data Scientist

Lead and deliver end-to-end predictive analytics and machine learning projects, owning model development, integration of diverse data sources, and deployment pipelines.

Serve as technical lead and architect for data science squads, setting architecture decisions, code quality standards, MLOps best practices, and ensuring delivery commitments.

Translate complex analytics into actionable business insights influencing strategy while mentoring and developing junior/mid-level data scientists.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related quantitative field; Master's preferred.

3-5 years professional experience delivering production data science solutions.

Advanced proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, pandas, numpy), SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks).

Experience with ML frameworks, version control (Git), and CI/CD for model deployment.

Experienced technical leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and leading architecture decisions in data science projects.

Strong in operationalizing ML with MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and scalable analytical workflows.

Strategic thinker with ability to prioritize AI/ML opportunities linked to measurable business outcomes in commercial domains.
