Investigate and troubleshoot defects in coordination with engineering teams to ensure resolution and continuous improvement.
Mentor junior Test Integration Engineers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and customers for testing progress, risks, and acceptance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, E&TC, or Computer Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
4–6 years of relevant experience in software, system, or integration testing or related engineering environment.
Proficiency in Polarion, Jira, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix with knowledge of software testing methodologies including V-Model, CMMI, and Agile.
Willingness to travel extensively on short notice.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently managing complex testing activities within multidisciplinary engineering projects, especially in automated systems or industrial environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with demonstrated ability to resolve defects through coordination across multiple engineering disciplines.
Familiarity with fault analysis and customer acceptance testing in automation or related domains, with leadership or mentoring experience of junior engineers.
