Own and drive the testing strategy across project lifecycle including test plans, readiness criteria, and acceptance criteria.
Lead and coordinate system acceptance activities (FAT, IHT, SFT, SAT) with multidisciplinary engineering teams and customers.
Manage customer test workshops, communicate test results and risks, and ensure system readiness for successful acceptance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, E&TC, or Computer Engineering.
5+ years of relevant experience in system integration, software/system testing, with proven testing/integration lead experience.
Hands-on experience with Polarion, Jira, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix required.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant engineering/testing roles.
