Test / Integration Engineer I

Own and drive the comprehensive testing strategy and execution across the entire project lifecycle ensuring alignment with project, system, and customer requirements.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary system integration testing activities including FAT, IHT, SFT, and SAT, ensuring operational scenarios are validated and system readiness for acceptance.

Manage customer relations and stakeholder communications by leading test workshops, presenting results, resolving cross-disciplinary defects, and guiding testing teams including mentoring junior engineers.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, E&TC, or Computer Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in system integration, software/system testing, with demonstrated experience in a testing or integration lead role.

Strong hands-on experience with Polarion, Jira, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix; well-versed in software testing lifecycle models such as V-Model, CMMI, and Agile.

Willingness to travel extensively to support customer projects.

Experienced in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and integrating software, control, electrical, and mechanical system tests in complex automation environments.

Comfortable operating as the primary testing interface for customers and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating technical discussions and defect resolution.

Has background or advantage in automation for airports or material handling systems, with knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and airport baggage handling being a plus.
