Assess and manage information security risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external best practices.

Implement cybersecurity technologies and support day-to-day information security operations, including managing third-party providers as needed.

Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on best practices including Jira tool usage, and support project planning and delivery coordination with growth into full project ownership.

5+ years of cybersecurity experience focused on Identity & Access Management.

3+ years experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile leadership role.

2+ years hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira including board configuration, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experienced melding hands-on information security risk management with Agile Scrum Master responsibilities in a complex, distributed environment.

Proficient in Atlassian Jira administration and Agile coaching, capable of enabling team self-organization and continuous improvement.

Capable of growing from Agile leadership into broader project management roles with mentorship, ideally holding Certified ScrumMaster certification and familiarity with project management concepts.
