Senior Operations Staff (RJW)

Execute day-to-day shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading/unloading ensuring shipment accuracy and operational productivity.

Support Shift In-charge with work allocation, coaching new staff, handling operational exceptions, and ensuring SOP adherence.

Maintain operational discipline and safety; contribute to continuous improvement and support operational readiness during peak volumes.

Minimum 10th Standard pass; 10th standard or higher preferred.

3–6 years relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier or supply chain operations.

Physical fitness for standing, walking, and manual shipment handling; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

Basic English reading, communication, computer and handheld scanner/mobile application skills.

Experienced in hands-on logistics operations including shipment processing, scanning, and warehouse activities.

Demonstrates operational discipline and process compliance with ability to support and coach junior team members.

Capable of working in shift environments with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous operational improvements.
