Senior Operations Staff - Panvel

Execute and support day-to-day operational activities including shipment processing such as receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, and shipment reconciliation.

Support Shift In-charges in work allocation, coaching new employees, handling exceptions, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.

Maintain operational discipline to meet daily objectives, ensuring high standards of shipment accuracy, productivity, safety, and compliance.

Minimum 10th Standard pass education.

3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.

Physically fit for manual handling duties and willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Basic English reading and communication skills; basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile application skills.

Experienced in shipment processing, scanning, sorting, and warehouse operations with exposure to handheld scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.

Capable of supporting operational continuity during peak volumes and contingencies with a focus on operational discipline and process compliance.

Able to assist in coaching and mentoring junior staff, balance operational workload, and support shift operations effectively.
