About This Role

Develop and maintain web applications using Java/J2EE technologies and frameworks including microservices and legacy systems.

Lead a high-performance team to deliver quality software and support in an onsite-offshore model.

Engage in design, code reviews, test automation, and direct client communication focusing on scalable, reusable code and Agile methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

5-8 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Java, Servlets, JSP, and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Backbone, JQuery).

Experience with J2EE architecture, Spring Boot, Source control tools (Git, TFS), CI tools (Jenkins/Go), and testing frameworks (JUnit, JMockit).

Experience working in onsite-offshore project models and with enterprise clients is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in Java software engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end Java-based web technologies and microservices.

Demonstrated capability to lead teams and manage client interactions effectively within Agile environments.
