Design and develop test strategies, plans, and automation to ensure software product quality and reliability within the Send to Amazon (STA) Platforms team.
Lead QA efforts including manual feature and regression testing, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination across multiple initiatives in the inbound workflows organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define release readiness and provide technical guidance to component teams on testing challenges.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, including QA lead role on medium to large sized projects.
Experience in both automation testing (e.g., Selenium or Appium) and manual testing, with scripting or coding skills.
Proven knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, including delivering test frameworks and tools.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in QA engineering capable of owning end-to-end quality assurance and leading QA projects or teams.
Strong technical aptitude with experience in automated test frameworks and at least one modern object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, C++).
Comfortable working within a fast-paced, startup-like environment inside a large organization, collaborating across teams and driving testing best practices.
