Software Engineer II (Full Stack) - Consumer Intelligence & Engagement

Design and build scalable, low latency backend APIs and event-driven services to support real-time and batch recommendation use cases.

Collaborate with AI/ML and Data Engineers to deploy machine learning models and expose AI services for consumer personalization.

Develop frontend UI applications using React and ensure solutions are secure, observable, reliable, and optimized for performance and operational efficiency.

4+ years experience designing and building large scale distributed backend systems on cloud-native platforms.

Proficiency in backend engineering with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, API design, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.

Frontend development experience using React framework.

Experience with recommendation and personalization systems, Redis or equivalent caching, Kafka event streaming, and observability/reliability engineering.

Experienced in eCommerce, retail, or consumer digital product environments to align with business use cases.

Technical collaborator comfortable working cross-functionally with AI/ML and Data Engineering teams to deploy integrated solutions.

Skilled in leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software delivery, code quality, and developer productivity.
