Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of work experience in software quality engineering or related field.
Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and ASPICE frameworks; experience with QMS and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or technology.
Experience in audit planning and execution, including process and product audits.

Experienced in managing quality in automotive or similar regulated environments with ASPICE and IATF standards.
Operates with strong ownership and accountability, capable of influencing compliance across teams.
