- Analyze multi-source healthcare data and synthesize findings into decision-ready recommendations with quantified business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, drive adoption of insights, and develop reusable analytic assets and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, economics, engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or data-driven problem solving.
- Proficiency with large complex datasets and tools like SQL, Python or similar for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences and working in matrixed cross-functional environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare analytics, specifically claims, financial, or operational datasets.
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, quantify business impact, and influence stakeholder decisions.
- Skilled in dashboard/data product creation (Power BI, Tableau) and familiar with cloud analytics platforms (Azure, Databricks).
