5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform including Custom Application Development, UI Development, Service Portal, Platform Analytics, Flow Designer, Automation Engine.
Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer; Certified Technical Architect is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure governance; stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration required.
