Analyze and monitor data access activity and support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives to identify and mitigate potential data security risks.
Perform data classification, risk analytics, and investigations of data exfiltration and insider risk events; contribute to data lifecycle management including retention and secure disposal.
Develop and deliver governance training, maintain audit trails, prepare reports and dashboards on data risk posture for management and ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years of experience, preferably with 2+ years in data governance or data protection within healthcare or regulated industries.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Knowledge of data lifecycle management, DLP, insider risk management, data architecture, and compliance requirements such as GDPR and HIPAA.
Job location: Hyderabad with hybrid working model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with healthcare data including EHR systems and healthcare coding standards (ICD, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC).
Proficient with data governance and protection tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Varonis, Collibra) and data visualization platforms like Power BI.
Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations and frameworks, and ability to coordinate across privacy, legal, risk, and technology teams.
