Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
Strong technical expertise in React, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
Experience building scalable, secure cloud-native applications using Microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and cloud technologies (AWS).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced full-stack developer with strong proficiency in both frontend (React or similar) and backend (Java Spring Boot) technologies handling middleware, APIs, and databases.
Proven ability managing end-to-end application development with emphasis on scalable, secure enterprise applications and cloud-native architecture.
Comfortable performing subject matter expert role with autonomy, advising senior stakeholders, coaching teams, and making risk-aware technical decisions.
