Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, maintainable software solutions primarily in Java, ensuring alignment with business objectives and secure coding practices.
Translate business needs into rapid prototypes and evolve them into production platforms impacting multiple business lines, with ownership of roadmap, delivery timelines, and milestones.
Manage delivery and people of core platform engineers, driving adoption of streaming frameworks (Kafka preferred), cloud deployments (AWS), and automation testing within an engineering-led environment.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in software engineering with delivery management and people management responsibilities.
Strong coding expertise in Java and familiarity with streaming frameworks, preferably Kafka.
Experience with cloud-based deployments, specifically AWS, and automation testing of frameworks.
Location: This role is based in Pune.

Experienced in managing a core platform engineering team with end-to-end ownership from build to delivery milestones.
Comfortable working in an engineering-driven culture emphasizing technical excellence, clean and maintainable code, and robust architecture.
Able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive change through resilience and relationship-building.
