Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend systems including microservices and APIs using Spring Boot.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4+ years experience in Java backend development.
Strong skills in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design.
Experience with SOA/Microservices/Restful services specifically with Java Spring Boot applications.
Proficient in database design and SQL (MySQL/MongoDB), and experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging queue systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead solution design and drive product/process/technology improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in startup-like environments requiring ownership and adaptability.
Strong collaborative skills to work with technology and business teams to deliver robust solutions.
