Own the authoring, maintenance, and versioning of taxonomies, business term definitions, and classification hierarchies in the data governance platform.
Translate governance decisions into structured, testable data rules and maintain consistent application across taxonomies to ensure data quality and classification accuracy.
Run routine analysis to detect rule duplicates, conflicts, and gaps, support intake and triage of new rule requests, and maintain traceable, auditable metadata and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
2–5 years of experience in data governance, data management, data quality, analytics, or data operations.
Hands-on experience with maintaining taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, business glossaries, or rule libraries.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured data and governance tools.
Work Experience Required: 2-5 years relevant experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
Detail-oriented professional comfortable operating in a maturing governance environment with evolving standards and ambiguity.
Experienced in translating governance standards into precise, consistent, and testable rules for operational use rather than documentation only.
Familiarity with data quality concepts (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness) and data governance frameworks such as DAMA / DMBOK is a plus.
