Own the technical solution and provide clear technical direction to the development team for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.

Act as the primary technical point of contact for project-level technical discussions and ensure alignment with business, architecture, and security standards.

Mentor junior and mid-level developers while balancing hands-on development and ensuring solution quality, performance, and maintainability.

7 to 11 years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET Core, C#, React.js, and Microsoft Azure.

Mandatory skills include Dynamics 365 CRM customization, plugins, Power Platform (including Power Automate, Power Pages), Azure services (Functions, Storage, App Service, Logic Apps), and enterprise integration experience.

Proven experience with solution architecture, RESTful API development, CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, and technical leadership including code reviews.

Educational qualification: BTech or MTech (explicitly mentioned).

Experienced in enterprise-grade solution design and integration between Dynamics 365, .NET applications, Azure services, and external systems.

Demonstrates ability to independently make technical decisions, manage technical risks, and align solutions with business and architecture standards.
