Territory Sales Officer

Drive sales growth and market execution across the assigned Coastal Odisha territory, achieving primary and secondary sales targets.

Manage distributor systems including front-end and back-end infrastructure to optimize distribution and sales performance.

Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships; analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and improve execution.

Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales.

Full-time graduation required.

Proficiency in ROI calculations, retail sales distribution management, RS appointment, and sales planning.

Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; decent communication in English and local language.

Experienced in managing distributor networks and sales teams to drive market performance.

Skilled in sales planning, data analysis using MIS reports, and promotional activity execution.

Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales role with direct customer interaction in a regional market.
