Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on back-end, full-stack, and platform integrations to empower Customer Success and drive business outcomes.
Provide technical direction and architectural oversight to build scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable systems using modern engineering practices including AI-assisted development and cloud-native approaches.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Architects, Product Managers, and Program Managers to establish engineering roadmaps, manage delivery, remove blockers, and ensure operational excellence and production system reliability.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of software engineering experience including hands-on development and production software delivery.
2–4 years of engineering leadership or technical team management experience, including hiring and mentoring.
Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, Express), AWS experience (including serverless architectures), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Argo CD), and strong background in software architecture and engineering best practices.
