Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Windows desktop engineering, endpoint management, and large-scale virtual desktop environments.
Proficient in Windows 10/11 administration, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience managing Windows 365 Cloud PCs, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, and BitLocker.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated expertise supporting enterprise-scale Windows desktop and virtualization environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, Citrix Cloud technologies, and Windows virtualization.
Advanced skills in PowerShell automation and a solid understanding of Zero Trust, endpoint security, and compliance best practices.
