Senior Product Analyst

Own data quality and reliability for the CRM product by automating checks, managing exception dashboards, and integrating new data sources.

Perform advanced data investigations and diagnostic queries across various databases and monitoring tools to identify and resolve data issues impacting product analytics.

Build and maintain CRM business, product, and system reliability dashboards, set alerts on key metrics, and quantify impact of issues such as downtimes and customer impact.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

4+ years of relevant experience in product analytics, data quality, or business intelligence.

Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python, with experience in Redshift (or similar columnar warehouses), Postgres, and BI/dashboarding tools (preferably Looker).

Experience managing A/B tests, funnel and cohort analysis, and working with data from Google Analytics and Firebase.

Experienced working closely with product managers, backend and data engineers in a product analytics and data reliability context, preferably in fintech, lending, e-commerce, or logistics domains where data accuracy is critical.

Skilled in multi-source data integration and investigative analytics involving SQL, Python, PromQL, metrics monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), and building reliable, production-grade dashboards.

Capable of translating complex metrics into actionable business insights and communicating clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally without direct authority.
