Senior Software Engineer — Salesforce

Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions for 2,000+ users, including AI-driven automations and integrations.

Lead technical aspects including technical specifications, bug fixes, performance optimization, compliance, and release governance within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, and stay current on Salesforce platform and AI capabilities.

5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in enterprise Salesforce implementations (Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud).

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification mandatory; additional certifications (Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect) preferred.

Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Apex test classes, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce development frameworks; experience with AI-assisted development tools and Salesforce AI capabilities.

Experienced in designing scalable Salesforce architectures with focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, including AI features and integrations.

Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and responsible AI use.

Comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies with complex enterprise environments and regulatory compliance factors.
