Design and maintain automation pipelines to collect and validate compliance and control evidence across security and business systems.
Develop and deploy AI and LLM-based solutions to accelerate governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) workflows such as control testing and evidence review.
Integrate GRC platforms with security and IT systems to automate data flows, reporting, and automate recurring GRC tasks like audit preparation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in security engineering, GRC, or related field with experience in automation or AI-enabled solutions.
Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and experience with APIs, databases, and workflow automation tools.
Hands-on experience applying AI/ML technologies including LLMs and generative AI in business or security contexts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced at bridging security engineering and governance risk and compliance domains with technical automation solutions.
Proficient in GRC platforms such as Onspring, Archer, MetricStream with integration and configuration experience.
Skilled at translating manual, evidence-heavy processes into data-driven, automated workflows and establishing validation and quality controls for AI outputs.
