Supervisor - Investigations and Resolutions and Law Enforcement Operations

Lead and manage a team of Investigations & Resolutions (I&R) and Law Enforcement Operations specialists to meet quality, service-level, and resolution time targets consistently.

Make day-to-day operational decisions including prioritization, escalation, workload balancing, and adapting plans based on case volume and risk trends.

Coach team members on judgment and performance; use operational data to identify issues, drive process improvements, and report trends and risks to leadership.

10+ years experience in Fraud & Safety, Risk, Trust, or related operations.

Minimum 4 years leading or supervising a team in a high-volume, time-sensitive case-review environment.

Proven ability to manage and maintain consistent quality, accuracy, and productivity in a team environment using operational metrics.

Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant domain with leadership experience.

Experienced in operating within fast-paced, high-volume fraud and safety case management environments with responsibility for team outcomes.

Strong operational judgment to make decisions when guidance is unclear and to adapt plans proactively based on data.

Clear and direct communicator capable of conveying complex operational and case reasoning to cross-functional partners and leadership.
