Manager, Applied AI Architect (India)

Lead and develop a team of senior Applied AI Architects managing technical strategy and customer engagement for OpenAI's largest and most complex accounts.

Own the technical account plans, resource prioritization, and delivery of AI solutions spanning ChatGPT Enterprise, OpenAI API, Codex, and agentic AI to ensure production adoption and measurable business impact.

Serve as executive technical sponsor and cross-functional leader collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and partners to align strategy and customer outcomes.

10+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture, AI deployment, or technical consulting with large enterprise clients.

4+ years of people-management experience leading customer-facing technical teams.

Deep technical expertise in AI systems, cloud architecture, APIs, data integration, security, privacy, and enterprise deployment.

Role location: Bangalore, India.

Experienced in managing complex, multi-threaded AI deployments connecting executive vision to technical execution and measurable outcomes.

Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders while balancing strategic portfolio management with hands-on support.

Strong architectural judgment with experience guiding teams and collaborating cross-functionally in fast-evolving AI and enterprise environments.
