Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project/client objectives.
Analyze business and functional requirements; collaborate with product owners, tech leads, and engineers to design, develop, document, and deploy systems and application software.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce functionality in a complex global environment, participating in all software development phases including testing, deployment, and support.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years overall IT project development and support experience, including at least 5 years hands-on in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and integrations.
Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science major preferred.
Experience with JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, VSCode and DevOps tools like Jira, Copado, or Flosum.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce platform development and deployment for mid to large scale IT projects.
Strong understanding of Sales/Service/Marketing CRM business processes, preferably with telecom domain knowledge.
Experience documenting technical design deliverables (TDDs), architecture diagrams, and working in global, complex organizational environments.
