Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, E&TC, or Computer Engineering.
4 to 6 years of experience in software testing, system testing, or integration testing in an engineering environment.
Hands-on experience with Polarion, Jira, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix.
Willingness to travel extensively on short notice.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to independently manage testing activities across multiple engineering disciplines and project phases.
Experience in complex automation or material handling system environments is a plus but not mandatory.
Proven experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers and collaborating with diverse project teams.
