Develop, implement, and monitor client-specific HSSE framework, policies, procedures, and training across multiple office sites.
Lead HSSE risk assessments, audits, incident management including lessons learned, and ensure compliance with all statutory and client HSSE requirements.
Coordinate with regional and corporate HSSE teams and stakeholders to report progress, monitor firefighting systems, waste management, and maintain permit to work processes on site.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience managing HSSE in a similar environment.
International and regional certifications in HSSE, Fire Safety, and Sustainability required; ISO 14001 & 45001 exposure is advantageous.
Role is onsite in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in HSSE management roles.

Experienced in leading HSSE functions across multiple sites and countries, able to manage complex regional operations and stakeholder coordination.
Strong expertise in risk assessment, legal compliance, incident management, and implementation of sustainable HSSE practices.
Proficient in developing and conducting HSSE training and managing vendor safety to ensure compliance with client and statutory requirements.
