Sr. Principal Systems/Software Engineer

Lead the development of organization-wide architectures, strategies, and methodologies for software systems design and development across multiple platforms within the Global Business Unit.

Provide technical leadership and influence for significant projects/programs and contribute to business and executive decision-making through domain expertise and innovation.

Mentor and guide less-experienced team members, act as an internal authority, and contribute to external technical community through patents or whitepapers.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Typically 12+ years of experience in software systems design and development.

Experience in architecting and leading overall software system architectures across multiple platforms.

Role requires hybrid working with an average 2 days/week from an HPE office (location not explicitly stated).

Demonstrated history of innovation with multiple patents or deployed solutions in software design.

Strong leadership skills with ability to influence at business unit and executive levels across diverse teams and external partners.
