Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Charles River Investment Management Solution across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows.
Design, develop, configure application components ensuring solution quality, system stability and operational readiness.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful go-live and transition to client ownership.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12+ years of professional experience delivering financial technology solutions.
Strong hands-on technical skills in C#, Core Java, SQL Server, ETL tools (Pentaho Kettle or Talend), Crystal/SSRS reporting.
Experience with cloud platforms Azure and/or AWS; Snowflake experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expertise in investment management systems with deep knowledge of Capital Markets domain including Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX, and Wealth Management workflows.
Proven track record in complex, client-facing Front/Middle/Back Office system implementations within financial services technology.
Technical leader capable of troubleshooting complex issues, guiding junior team members, and managing stakeholder expectations.
