Senior Software Engineer — Salesforce

Develop and maintain complex Salesforce solutions primarily on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud for a user base of 2,000+ users, incorporating AI-powered tools such as Agentforce and Einstein.

Lead design, coding, unit testing, and integration of Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation, ensuring scalability, compliance, and optimal performance.

Mentor junior engineers, manage release processes, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

5+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years specifically in enterprise Salesforce implementations involving Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification mandatory; advanced Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, Application/System Architect) strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce data modeling, AI-assisted development tools, and experience working in compliance/audited environments.

Experienced in complex Salesforce ecosystems integrating Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and adjacent Salesforce clouds with middleware and third-party systems.

Skilled in leveraging AI-assisted tools for Salesforce development and maintenance, with ability to evaluate AI-generated code for security and compliance.

Capable of working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, mentoring junior staff, and interfacing effectively with diverse technical and business teams.
