Associate Manager - IOC and Engineering

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of IOC analysts and engineers, including direct reports, to improve engineering maturity and operational excellence.

Drive design, development, and maintenance of automation solutions and operational tooling to improve efficiency, reliability, and reduce manual effort in a 24x7 infrastructure monitoring environment.

Serve as primary technical escalation point for complex operational issues and act as liaison between IOC, engineering, SRE, and other technology teams to align operational capabilities with business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years experience in Application Operations, Infrastructure Operations Center (IOC), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Operations, or related technical disciplines.

At least 2 years of leadership or team lead experience.

Strong hands-on scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar), experience with Linux and Windows environments, monitoring and observability platforms, and working in 24x7 operational support.

Experienced working manager comfortable balancing hands-on engineering tasks with people leadership in technical operations teams.

Strong technical background in automation and operational tooling within infrastructure or site reliability engineering environments.

Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in 24x7 service delivery contexts.
