Project Management Lead

Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-year, multi-workstream global programs driving Haleon's strategic initiatives including business transformation, digital enablement, and operating model evolution.

Lead and develop the Project & Program Management capability within the Global Capability Centre, including setting governance, standards, tools, and methodologies.

Manage stakeholder and executive communication, governance frameworks, risk management, financial control, and drive continuous improvement in program delivery maturity.

15+ years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management with proven delivery of large-scale, global, cross-functional programs.

Experience working with senior leaders at Director / VP level and above.

Preferred background in Consumer Goods, Healthcare, or large multinational environments.

Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent; proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Planview, Teams.

Experienced senior leader with ability to lead, coach, and develop project/program teams and build high-performing delivery organizations.

Skilled in strategic portfolio management, capable of partnering with executive leaders on prioritization and value realization.

Thrives in fast-changing, ambiguous environments with strong communication and executive influence skills.
