5-10 years experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industries focusing on Commercial Operations, Sales Force Effectiveness, Incentive Compensation, Business Analytics, or Process Improvement.
Proven experience designing or supporting incentive compensation programs and managing complex cross-functional projects.
