Senior Commercial Lending Servicing Representative

Manage complex commercial loan servicing activities independently, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence within assigned authority.

Investigate and resolve servicing issues through root-cause analysis, support audits, reconciliations, compliance testing, and control assessments.

Produce management reports, maintain process documentation, coach junior team members, and identify opportunities for process and control improvements.

Minimum 2+ years of commercial loan servicing support experience or equivalent.

Experience managing complex servicing cases and stakeholder escalations independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like PivotTables, lookup functions) and experience with banking/loan servicing systems.

Work schedule flexibility for night shifts and hybrid working environment adherence.

Experienced in commercial lending operations with strong knowledge of operational risk, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.

Analytical problem-solver with ability to conduct root-cause analysis and manage exceptions effectively.

Capable of influencing stakeholders, creating process documentation, and coaching peers within a compliance-driven environment.
