Provide cost accounting support and generate/review reports for global cost and product cost estimates.
Manage month-end closing activities including GRN/SRN accounting, invoice booking, accrual and clearing entries with purchase order reconciliation.
Coordinate inventory counts through reconciliation, monitor communications for stakeholder queries, and improve CAEC work processes including automation.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification: Qualified CMA/CA (Fresher) or Inter CMA/Inter CA/MBA with 2+ years of costing and accounting experience, or B.Com/M.Com with 4+ years related experience.
Must have knowledge of SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), automation tools, Power BI, and Diamond System reporting.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
Must be able to work flexible schedules aligned with international time zones; relocation assistance is not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in costing and accounting with strong understanding of purchase order and invoice reconciliation processes.
Capable of handling month-end closing, inventory reconciliation, and process improvements including automation.
Comfortable working across multiple communication channels and collaborating with global stakeholders.
