Manager II R2R Controllership

Own and execute record-to-report (R2R) accounting activities including period-end close, account reconciliations, accounts receivable, accruals, and operational reporting.

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities coordinating with local markets and third-party service providers to ensure timely and accurate close.

Lead risk management efforts by identifying material risks and opportunities in R2R processes and developing response or contingency plans.

7-9 years of experience in record-to-report accounting or related finance functions.

Location requirement: Hyderabad, India with expected 50% in-person work onsite.

Strong expertise in R2R accounting processes including period-end close, reconciliations, and management reporting.

Work Experience Required: 7-9 years relevant experience.

Experienced finance leader capable of managing and motivating a team for high-quality R2R deliverables.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across local markets and third-party vendors in a multinational environment.

Skilled in identifying and managing financial risks with a proactive approach to mitigation and control.
