Digital Portfolio Analyst

Own end-to-end demand intake and prioritisation for digital portfolio requests including governance and stakeholder coordination.

Maintain comprehensive portfolio oversight with reporting on programme/project health, budget, risks, and benefits to guide investment decisions.

Support governance processes, risk management, financial tracking, and continuous improvement of portfolio management practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field required.

Experience in supporting portfolio, programme, or PMO functions within complex organisations of digital/technology portfolios.

Proficiency in portfolio management and reporting tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Project, Planview, Jira, or Azure DevOps.

Up to 10% travel; hybrid office/remote working; in-country relocation available.

Experienced in portfolio demand management and governance spanning diverse projects and stakeholders in a global, complex environment.

Skilled in advanced data analytics and executive reporting to influence portfolio investment decisions and improvements.

Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies and portfolio tools, enabling effective programme oversight and risk mitigation.
